Each piece is created with my love and respect for Mother Nature.
She has so much to offer: colors and textures stir an inspiration that I try to translate into my creations. The skies, the earth, the animals, lakes and plants all have such a variety of colors, all my crocheted pieces are a spawn from our natural landscapes and their elements.
The yarn I use is of great quality and are mostly blends between different types of wool, silk and cotton and even organic cotton. I recently grew very fond of a local organic farm that raises Highland sheeps. The wool the sheeps provide is so soft and warm and not to mention their gorgeous natural. Raw material such as wood buttons, wood beads and chips, seashells, coconut shells are used to further embellish and decorate some pieces.
As for the hair jewelries, all the materials comes from ethical sources. Most of them are recycled. None come from fur or leather shops. The bone pieces come from ethical artisans that transforms them into small pieces of art that I integrate into my creations. I always keep in mind the love and the respect for the animals, as they are all part of us and Mother Nature.
As an artist, my inspiration is Mother Nature and her Spirit. My true desire is to reflect my admiration for her in every piece that I create.
